We have been building homes in New Zealand for over 100 years and have learnt a lot about how homeowners choose to live in their homes. We apply that experience in the design and construction of our homes. We create neighbourhoods in carefully selected locations, close to key amenities and services and in doing so develop neighbourhoods with a strong sense of community.
