At Peter Ray Homes we offer a huge range of pre-designed standard plans to choose from, however these are just the beginning. You can customise any one of our plans to suit your needs and our own award-winning, in-house design team can even design you a home from scratch.

All of our signed contracts are fixed price, meaning there won’t be any surprises at the end of your build. Which is just one of the ways we like to exceed our customers’ expectations.
