Stage one: The Village Core
The Village Core is the first stage of the Rangitahi Project. It is comprised of 8 hectares of land which connects with the Raglan inner harbour. The main access to Raglan's newest neighbourhood will be via the Rangitahi Bridge only a couple minutes drive from the Raglan town centre.

Stage one sections are sold out and the subdivision is under construction, with home builds anticipated to begin in 2019.

Stage two: The Retreat
The Retreat is the second stage of the Rangitahi Project. Closely connected to Precinct A via walkways and recreational green spaces, the Retreat offers the dream coastal lifestyle with waterfront sections overlooking the inner harbour, Mount Karioi and the Raglan golf course.

There are sections ranging in size from 400 to 830m2.
