Work is now completed with titles expected in October 18.

In Mangawhai Point we have secured the prime remaining sites on Mangawhai harbour waterfront with a mixture of enclaves of gigantic Pohutukawa trees nestled on the waterfront with walkways, a private beach, a historic site, and alternatively elevated blocks with views out to sea, over the harbour and dunes.

The final stages are now complete. Roads are sealed, berms, footpaths and crossings are formed and the contemporary, black street lights are in place. Top soil has been laid and grass seed is now busy germinating underneath a warm layer of mulch, ready to unfurl and provide the beautiful lush, crowning glory this stunning estate deserves.
